May is 5 Star Magazine’s “relax” month. This month is all about relaxing and just enjoying life!

For my blog post this month, I’ve decided to list some ways that everyone can relax. Try some, add your own, and comment below!

  1. Drink warm tea with honey
  2. Meditate for 10 minutes per day
  3. Do some gentle stretches and yoga
  4. Listen to classical or piano music while working
  5. Take deep breaths when feeling stressed
